pentahotel in brussels exceeded our expectations. the central location was perfect for exploring and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety. the rooms with their enormous beds and unique decoration added a special touch to our romantic trip. we loved the modern decor, purple lights, and the nice bar and lounge area.

I originally booked a Standard Room, but they upgraded me to a Suite. the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having access to free movies and music in the room. Despite the pub downstairs being crowded, once I was in my room, it was wonderfully quiet. the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. Mr Raoul at the Reception Desk provided exceptional service, giving us helpful advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel also had a delightful area near the reception where we could enjoy quality time with our friends, playing billiards and card games.
