I stayed at Dukes' Palace Residence for a short getaway and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff, especially Celine at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a spacious and beautifully furnished one. The bathroom was a highlight with its luxurious jetted tub and shower. The hotel itself is small but elegantly decorated, and there's a lovely bar on-site. Plus, the convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the nearby grocery store and explore the city squares of Brugge. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, elegant ambiance, and comfortable accommodations.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located down a quiet alleyway near the centre. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered a free walking tour which was an added bonus.

That the bed was a bit bumpy, but it didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful experience.

The decorations were festive and the room was cozy. the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The staff seemed disinterested in providing good service. the heating in the room was not working properly and we had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed.

Lots of parking, large and clean rooms, excellent location, delicious breakfast with hot and cold options, friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast offered a great selection, with options for personalized cook-to-order dishes. the hotel provided a wonderful experience in a central location.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to use without flooding the bathroom.
