We were pleasantly surprised by the quirkiness and modernity of our room at B&B Hotel Brussels Centre Louise. The small details around the room, elevator, restaurant, and lobby added a unique character to the hotel. The self-service check-in and out process was incredibly smooth, and when the staff was around, they were super hospitable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom immaculate, and the shower was fantastic. We also loved the ability to login to Netflix in our room, which was a bonus. The breakfast area and bar were fun and quirky, and the cinema showings added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Great transport links just around the corner added convenience to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is peaceful and well-connected, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The bar serves fantastic Belgian beer. The staff, especially Noah and Pierre, are friendly and helpful. A reliable hotel for an excellent stay.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with drink making facilities and a minibar. the ensuite was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it difficult to rinse out shampoo, especially for those with long hair. the staff at the reception desk were not very friendly and sometimes downright rude.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. The male receptionist was cool, funny, and kind of sexy, which made us feel at ease. The room was clean and warm, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The location on a quiet street was perfect, and the city center was easily accessible by bus or tram. Had a wonderful weekend in the heart of the city! Loved the quiet and comfortable room. the best part was the complimentary breakfast and the eco-friendly initiative of the hotel. It had a great location close to the attractions and public transportation.

The hotel policy of blocking an amount on my credit card took away some of the charm. Despite the uncomfortable surprise, the hotel staff was helpful in resolving the issue and rest of my stay was pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the hip area of Ixelles and just a 3-minute walk from a tram station. It's convenient for exploring the city center and well-connected, with two crossing tram lines nearby. The staff are attentive and the rooms have comfortable double beds with nice furniture. One highlight is the breakfast, which is included and offers a variety of fresh juices and delicious Belgian specialties.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.
