The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, overlooking the square. It's a prime location for exploring everything in the center of Ieper. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and I really appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the comfy beds and fabulous shower. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, breakfast was included and it was excellent.

I arrived at the hotel slightly concerned after reading some mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and across the road from a bus stop. The reception was quick to respond when I arrived and the recently renovated areas were impressive. I loved the quirky staircase and the view from my room was perfect, overlooking the Cloth Market. The breakfast buffet was well presented with a variety of options. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Despite some minor flaws, the hotel had a unique charm and character that I appreciated.

This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and all its attractions. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the Menin Gate, which is a must-visit for history buffs. The location truly couldn't be better.

The only minor downside of our stay was that the room we had was quite small and lacked a proper window that opened. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, a larger window or better ventilation would have been appreciated.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the bustling market square, just across from the impressive In Flanders Fields Museum. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, a TV, and even a coffee machine and fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast served in the lovely cafe/bar area overlooking the square was a great way to start the day.

The lack of ventilation in the rooms was a downside, as the windows were screwed shut and there was no way to let in fresh air. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue and provide some form of ventilation for the comfort and well-being of their guests.

We were blown away by the value for money at the New Regina. The location on the Main Square couldn't be beat, with all the city attractions right at our fingertips. The room was ready early, which was a huge plus, and we loved the large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was impressive, with a rain shower and a great selection of towels. The coffee and tea making facility was a nice touch, offering a variety of options. And the breakfast was the highlight - we've never experienced such a luxurious spread before. Everything from cheese and ham to various jams and sweet spreads, eggs, bread rolls, and pastries. It was more than enough for the two of us. The staff was also incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

Felt completely satisfied, no complaints whatsoever.

Great complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Central location made it easy to get around and explore the area. Great pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day of meetings.

Outdated decor, small rooms, and noisy hallways. the elevator was tiny and required multiple trips for luggage.
