It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

I absolutely loved the spacious room with great facilities, including a king-sized bed and even UK channels on TV! ! Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the kitchen area was a great bonus.

Unfortunately, I faced some issues with slow check-in processes when I arrived. Additionally, I found the parking fees of €19 per night quite steep.

Awesome spacious rooms!

Had a solid time here. The suite was huge, which made it super comfy for chilling after a long day. Front desk staff was really friendly, and I loved that there was a snack bar available for late-night munchies. Just wish parking wasn’t so pricey—€19 adds up fast!

Perfect for friends seeking comfort

I had the chance to make my own meals, which really made the stay feel like home and I loved that they had a good complimentary buffet breakfast every morning. The staff was super friendly and approachable, especially that one lady who really went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

It wasn’t inexpensive for what you get, but still acceptable.

i had a fantastic stay at residence inn! the room was large, modern, and included a kettle and coffee maker, which is a must. breakfast was amazing, and i loved the 24-hour fitness center. the location was great, close to a mini shop, making it easy to grab essentials. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel was just a great fit for a brief stopover in Ghent with very good value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked for extra towels, and they brought them to my room promptly. Make sure to budget for the parking fee, though, because it can add up quickly.
