Stayed at this place, lovely antique building with a stunning courtyard. Big comfy beds, quiet and nice view. Great water pressure in the shower. Oh, and the staff were friendly.

Smelly bathroom, smelled like sewers. But hey, it added a unique touch to the experience.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in the heart of the city. the well-decorated and spacious rooms fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the vegan breakfast was a unique and an amazing experience. the gym had excellent facilities for our workout routine. the friendly staff provided us with exceptional service.

We experienced some noise disturbance during the night from the drunk people shouting on the street.

We had an amazing stay at a fabulous hotel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions and shopping districts. the hotel itself was like a stunning palace, with a beautiful courtyard and tastefully decorated rooms. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the shower was heavenly, and we appreciated the little touches like the complimentary hot drinks. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Sapphire House for an unforgettable stay in Antwerp.

Great location close to shops and restaurants, and comfortable modern rooms with nice amenities. the staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for places to visit in the city. We appreciated the upgrade we received upon check-in and the fact that parking was conveniently located nearby.

We had a terrible night's sleep due to the noise from the street. We were on the ground floor and could hear everything from a bar across the street, which kept us up until the early hours of the morning.
