Staff were helpful and the minibar was a nice touch. Facilities such as the in-room control console and the shower were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this fashionable hotel! The designer rooms had a great city view and were filled with mirrors and divided areas to make us feel at home. We loved the complimentary minibar with drinks and the Nespresso machine and kettle in the room. The bed and pillows were super cozy and the bath amenities were great. The little urban gym and spa on the 23rd floor were a nice touch, with free water and bathrobes provided. We will definitely return to this hotel!

The rooms were large and well-appointed, exceeding my expectations. The hotel staff were highly efficient and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was also exceptional, above what I had anticipated.

The hotel management left much to be desired. They had a confusing and inflexible policy regarding changes to reservations, which caused inconvenience and frustration.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was amazing. The room comfort and ambiance were top-notch, with an extremely comfortable bed and a delightful smell throughout. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the gym facilities were good. The location was superb, just a 15-minute walk from the Grand Place. The free mini bar in the room with a variety of drinks was a nice touch, and the coffee was great. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had an amazing time at this venue. Situated on a busy boulevard in the center of the city, we enjoyed the vibrant ambiance. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and the state-of-the-art shower in the room. The location was excellent, with easy access to top sights. the trendy atmosphere in the reception and the nice smell in the bar gave a good impression of the hotel.

The breakfast selection was limited, failing to meet our expectations, and the noise in the corridors made it difficult to relax in the lobby or the suite. we expected more from the hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The view from my deluxe corner room was AMAZING, and having access to the panorama lounge on the 24th floor was a real treat. The free drinks and snacks saved me a fortune and the view was mesmerizing. I also loved the remote-controlled features in the room, from lights to window shades. it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!
