We arrived at the hotel to find out our flight had been rebooked, but the staff at Van Der Valk were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a comfortable room and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay at this hotel. They offered free minibars in the corridors with water and soft drinks, and a complimentary airport shuttle. the hotel is situated in a key location, close to the airport, with amazing sound insulation. What I enjoyed the most was the comfortable bed and fantastic shower.

The price, which was quite high. But overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the Brussels airport.

The hotel offered free beverages from the minibar, which was a nice perk. the location, although difficult to find due to lack of road signs, was convenient for accessing Brussels. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The receptionist also kept us waiting instead of inviting us to sit and order drinks, which made us feel a bit unwelcome.

As adults, we enjoyed the modern and spacious Super box room on the 4th floor. The PlayStation 4 with VR was a great bonus, and the room had a comfortable bed and a small work area. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of hot and cold options. The free shuttle to and from the airport, running every hour, was convenient. it was a great experience.
