The hotel had beautiful interior with mahogany and dark hardwoods, giving it a perfect Caribbean vibe. We stayed on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, taking care of anything we needed right away. The property was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was ideal, being midway between San Pedro and Secret Beach on Ambergris Caye. Transportation was easily accessible, with Tuff e nuff tours available right from the dock. We also enjoyed the convenience of a nearby restaurant called the 'Truck Stop' and downtown San Pedro, both just a bumpy 10-minute ride away. we had a fantastic stay and felt right at home thanks to the amazing staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the onsite snorkeling tours and other activities. The location was perfect, with easy access to delicious dining options and a food court right across the street. This resort truly provided the ultimate Caribbean experience, with beautiful interiors and attentive service. It instantly felt like home and exceeded all our expectations.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's a short water taxi ride from town, so you can get away from the hustle and bustle to relax, but also easily return to town by boat to explore, shop, or find a good seafood restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. We stayed in a loft-style room, which had a second floor that was incredibly nice and spacious. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. Everything was provided, from all the dishes, silverware, glasses, and anything else that you could possibly use. The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and attentive. We received great service from the guy riding his bike around, who was always ready to help with anything we needed.

All in all, everything was okay.

Everything was well maintained and clean, from the mature landscape to the clean beach with good swimming. The hotel also offered free kayaks, which made it easy for me to access the reef. Additionally, the on-site golf cart rentals were convenient and reasonably priced. I was prepared to pay a little more than other resorts on the island because of these excellent features and amenities.

The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my time there. Additionally, the pool and pool bar were fantastic, offering a great place to relax and enjoy refreshing drinks.

One downside was the inconsistent wifi connection, although it wasn't a major issue since I wasn't there to spend time on the internet. The other drawback was the lack of a broom or hand broom in the room, which would have been handy for cleaning up sand.
