The staff was extremely polite and professional. The food at the resort was delicious and reasonably priced. The resort had a beautiful location with a lovely ambiance. The landscaping throughout the grounds was well-maintained and featured stunning palm trees, flowers, and greenery. The hotel is conveniently located just a short cab ride away from town and Tikal National Park.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort in San Ignacio. The best aspects were the beautiful location just outside of town and the proximity to the Mayan ruins. The cabins were rustic but clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff provided top-notch service and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient transportation options and parking. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The property was in bad shape a year ago but is currently being remodeled and upgraded. The landscape is well taken care of and the rooms are cool and clean. The infinity pool is picturesque and has different depth levels. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can assist with setting up tours.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Cassia Hill Resort. The gardens were stunning, filled with beautiful birds to observe. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool, which was a perfect way to cool off. The staff, particularly Rene and Sergio, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is currently transitioning to new ownership, and we can't wait to see the improvements they have planned. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

I recently stayed at Cassia Hill Resort for a week-long vacation. This hidden gem exceeded my expectations in every way. The individual private cabana with its porch and hammock provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds filled with assorted plants and trees. The spacious room was tastefully decorated with wood floors and had two comfortable full-size beds. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and the servers were friendly and helpful. The pool was a refreshing oasis, ideal for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location, just a 5-minute drive from the town center, was convenient. I also appreciated the easy parking right outside my room. the friendly staff, serene atmosphere, and impeccable amenities made for a memorable stay at this resort.

This hotel had a pool which was great, especially during the hot days of Christmas. It also had a decent restaurant where we enjoyed a few meals. the location was key, as it was close to attractions like the Mayan ruins and caves. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The room we were initially given was a letdown. It was not what we expected and lacked proper maintenance.

Great location near the city center, just a short walk or inexpensive taxi ride away. the food at the hotel was delicious, although a bit pricey. the pool was a highlight with its refreshing water and lovely surroundings.

The hotel grounds could use some maintenance as they seemed neglected in certain areas. the lack of an on-site bar, entertainment, and gym was a disappointment.
