The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in the lush rainforest and just a short distance from the sea. There are also Mayan ruins nearby for those interested in exploring the ancient history of the area. The hotel's position on the beach provides breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and white sand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, complete with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing and relaxing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast options are delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. the location, rooms, bathrooms, service, and breakfast at this hotel are top-notch.

The hotel management could improve communication regarding beach conditions as there have been recent reports of seaweed accumulation. It would be helpful for guests to receive updates before their arrival to better plan their beach activities.

My New Year's stay was absolutely incredible! The beautiful villas and well-kept grounds were beyond my expectations. The attentive and kind staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from the pools. I loved that the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, with amenities like coffee makers and fresh water dispensers. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the beach bar by the pool was the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch. it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Although my stay was amazing, there were a few minor downsides. The lack of activities during rainy days was a bit disappointing, as I had hoped for more options to enjoy indoors.

Nothing to dislike.

As business guests, we loved the large room with personal Wi-Fi, strong A/C, and good view of the beach. The water jug and free rum punch at the office were nice touches. The bar had the best piña coladas and the pools were great. We felt very safe and enjoyed the amenities.

The beachfront location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the water and easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony that offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The overall condition of the property . The rooms were outdated and in need of maintenance, with leaking toilets and old furniture.

We had a fantastic time here! The location of this place is perfect for exploring all of the tourist destinations around here and it's right on the beach, which is great. We also enjoyed having plenty of areas to take shade from the sun. The staff provided excellent customer service, particularly the ladies at the reception desk. They were really welcoming when we arrived and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay.

Although we didn't get to take advantage of all of the amenities here, we really appreciated having access to the leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and beachfront. There were also plenty of activities to do here like hiking, canoeing, fishing, snorkelling, and diving - definitely something for everyone.

Everything was amazing. Right on the beach. Courteous and friendly staff. Consistently good food. Well maintained. Gorgeous individual homes with ocean views. Reasonably priced meals and drinks. Beautiful and quiet beach. Immaculately cleaned rooms. Nice and cool with A/C.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at this resort were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. the location of the resort was perfect, with stunning views from every room and easy access to the beach. We also loved that the resort offered kayaking and paddle boarding for guests to explore the area.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the walls in the villas were quite thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.

The fact that we could rent bikes to explore the area was also a plus. the resort's facilities were well-maintained and staff was friendly.

Some aspects of the room were outdated and in need of maintenance. the windows and screens were not in the best condition, and the blinds were junk.

The value for money was excellent, the room was clean and had a beautiful view. The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

Breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

We had one of the most relaxing and accommodating experiences for leisure travel ever! The staff at the hotel was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The property itself was paradise, with beautifully maintained grounds and direct access to a lovely beach. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, such as the pools and complimentary bikes, were excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and found the staff to be always helpful and accommodating.

Great location at the north end of a quiet beach. Spacious and well-equipped rooms with large windows and a kitchenette. Nice pools, kayaks, and paddleboards available to use. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious food and drinks at the bar and restaurant.

The staff at the resort were absolutely fantastic, making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and specially decorated for our honeymoon. We had an amazing beachfront view from our balcony, and the resort had convenient amenities like refrigerators and coffee makers in the rooms. We also enjoyed riding the bikes provided by the resort into the nearby village, where we found friendly people and great dining options. The food at the resort's restaurant was fresh, delicious, and the chef's specials of the day were outstanding. The resort also offered a variety of exciting excursions, which the staff made planning easy and enjoyable.

While the resort was generally nice, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The reception area was underwhelming and didn't match the overall quality of the resort.
