We had a fantastic stay at Jan's Hotel. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the water taxi terminal and very close to Split. We enjoyed a beautiful view when stepping out of our room, which was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and professional, making check-in/check-out and airport transfers a breeze. We also appreciated the good-sized fridge in the room for storing water and drinks. Jan's Hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel was central to the main hub of activity on the island.

The noise during the day made it difficult to take naps in the room. The smell from the sargassum seaweed build-up made the beach area less enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with its own beach area. The hotel assured cleanliness and proper water supply security, which was important to me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room on the upper floor was comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also had great facilities, including A/C in the room and a balcony where I could spend time outside. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel's rooftop lounge area was also a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Jan's Hotel was the perfect location with friendly staff, great water pressure, and a rooftop lounge area. They went above and beyond for my birthday with cute decorations. The hotel had a balcony and A/C, making our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious street food nearby and the lobster curry at the Swing Bar.

We had such an amazing stay at this venue! The staff was very helpful in arranging our transportation and activities. The service was exceptional, everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved the location, which was very accessible to the beach and other attractions. The amenities in the room were impressive, from the comfortable bed to the sitting area and terrace. The full body massage service in the spa & wellness center was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and garden area, which provided a great view of the sunset.

loved my stay at this charming hotel in caye caulker. great location between downtown and the split. amazing oceanfront room with beautiful sunrises. friendly staff and included amenities like bikes and kayaks made it even better. so thankful for their assistance with transportation arrangements.

Our room at Jan's Hotel was clean and refreshed daily by the lovely staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the popular areas of town. The staff was quick to resolve any issues, like our key not working. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Caye Caulker.

Transportation was organized by the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff, particularly Sarah, went above and beyond to accommodate our family, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel's location next to a playground was perfect for our kids, and they also arranged for our golf cart rental. The hotel grounds were kept spotless and the owners offered great information on the local culture. The kitchen served delicious food, and the hotel provided good internet and evening security.

Celebrated New Year at a hotel on the beautiful island. the location of the hotel was great, close to main attractions, bars and restaurants. the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi added to the convenience of the stay. the rooftop patio gave us a view of the island and allowed us to enjoy the weather.

The noise can be a bit of an issue during the day due to the bustle of people. the standard room was small and cramped, and the AC was inadequate.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the strip. It was easy to get to all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms were kept really clean, which was a big plus. The hotel also had a rooftop area which was a nice amenity to enjoy the view.

One downside was that as a family of four, we had to book two rooms. It would have been more convenient if they had larger rooms available.
