I had an incredible stay at this hostel. The staff were amazing - probably the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. They made me feel right at home. The location was also very convenient and the value for price was spot on. The hostel was very clean and had great facilities, including a spacious dorm room with lockers and curtains for privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were cleaned daily. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, with comfortable couches, hammocks, and a bar. I had a fantastic experience at this hostel.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in San Ignacio called Kawoq. My travel purpose was to explore the Mayan culture, and my stay was for 5 nights. The AC in the rooms was really good and the fact that they had Netflix was a bonus. The staff, especially the manager Javier Pereira, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hostel had hammocks inside, which added a nice touch. Everything was clean, neat, and in working order. a great experience.
