The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are adorable and the grounds are beautiful. The bar serves some of the best food we had on the whole trip. The location is great, with nice views and delicious roadside restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Mata Rocks Resort for three nights and had an amazing experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, especially the burger. The daily breakfast was filling and they even offered fresh juice and coffee. The staff, especially Chrissella, were friendly and made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect - right on the beach and away from the hustle and bustle, making it quiet and enjoyable. The security was great with a guard on duty all night.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a beachside hotel. the free bike rental and pick-up and drop-off taxi shuttles at the ferry dock were super helpful. the hotel's professional housekeeping services ensured clean and well-maintained rooms. We loved the well-stocked paperback library and the customer-service-oriented staff, who were always welcoming and accommodating.

The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors. the water pressure was low, and it took some time for the water to heat up.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location right on the beach is perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening after a day of activities. You can even admire the natural event of the river split in the north of Ambergris Caye from the hotel. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the good wifi, fridge, two beds. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.
