Stayed here during the rainy season and it was perfect. The sound of the waves from our room was soothing and the view was stunning. The Jaguar Room had ample space and all the amenities we needed. Only issue was the water shutting off on the last day. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel along the southern coast is a true hidden gem! The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Our suite was very spacious with basic amenities and had a great view of the waterfront. The rates were also very affordable.

Everyone, from Kevin who helped me settle in, to Marlon and Tracey who assisted with planning excursions, went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. I even had a visit from Marlon to update me on alternative activities due to the changing weather. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and close to amazing bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, offering a range of exciting activities like a river cruise and snorkeling/scuba trips. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located on a busy road, which can be a bit noisy during the day. the mattress was a bit bouncy, which affected my sleep quality.

The AC in our room had some issues and shut off multiple times, leaving us hot and uncomfortable. The management took a while to fix the problem and did not take immediate responsibility.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the beachfront location of Jaguar Room, offering stunning beach views right from our beds. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine and the bathroom was spacious. The restaurant on-site served superb food and cocktails, and we enjoyed the complimentary kayaks and bikes. The staff were professional and helped us book our snorkeling trip.

Great Beachfront Location: the hotel is located right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and water. It was so relaxing to be able to step out of the hotel and be just steps away from the ocean.

It's unclear if it was due to the time of year or the location itself, but it was slightly disappointing not to have the crystal clear, Caribbean blue water that we were expecting.
