We spent our Christmas at a lodge near San Ignacio and had a great time. the lodge had a beautiful garden with well-kept grounds, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing fresh, filtered water daily. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the onsite restaurant, with a variety of options to cater to different dietary needs. the lodge's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the rooms were rustic and lacked luxury amenities.

Nothing everything was great.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and airy room, complete with a powerful hot shower. The location was perfect, nestled in the jungle with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

our recent stay at a lodge in san ignacio completely exceeded our expectations. the setting was serene and surrounded by beautiful nature. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. highly recommend experiencing a wedding ceremony at this lodge!

The family cabin was comfortable and the staff provided personalized attention to our young children. The tour to the ruins was adapted perfectly to suit our family's interests. We enjoyed the cultural nights, delicious meals, and beautiful grounds. The pool and wildlife sightings were a bonus.

As first-time visitors to Belize, we were blown away by Maya Mountain Lodge. The lush gardens and relaxing atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Bart, with his extensive knowledge of the area, made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the lodge's proximity to a grocery store and nearby attractions was a bonus. We can't wait to return and soak in the beauty of this incredible jungle paradise.

Our Christmas stay at this lodge was fantastic. the rustic charm and reasonable price were definitely highlights. the eco cottages had a Gilligan's Island feel that we absolutely loved. the fact that each unit is unique added to the charm. Plus, many of the cottages had kitchenettes and hammocks, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the nearby nature area was peaceful and allowed us to connect with nature. the staff and owner were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While our stay was largely positive, there were a few drawbacks. the location proved a bit challenging to find, especially with the current construction detours in town.

Next-level customer service, comfortable cabin, clean accommodations, onsite breakfasts and dinners with excellent food, friendly staff.

Small lodge with less than 10 bungalows and 6 hotel-style rooms. Rates are surprisingly low, staff is accommodating, and chefs' preparations are great. Friendly and informative tour guides.

The beautiful grounds, complete with their own herb and vegetable gardens, were a delight to explore and attracted a variety of tropical birds. The location was ideal, offering tranquility while still being a short distance from town. We were blown away by the delicious breakfast and dinner prepared by their talented chef. we were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.
