I recently stayed at Placencia Villas for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the villas are conveniently located near the best public swimming area, restaurants, and stores. We were also able to use their bicycles, kayak, and paddleboard at no additional cost, which was a great perk. The kitchen in the villa was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare our own meals. Additionally, the well-maintained grounds provided a lovely outdoor space to relax.

We had the best vacation at Placencia Villas for a week. The location was perfect, just minutes away from great restaurants and a fabulous beach. The staff, especially Steve, was amazing and always there to assist us. They provided a binder with all the information we needed, including places to eat and things to do. The unit we stayed in was like a treehouse, surrounded by beautiful trees and native wildlife. The screened porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful courtyard. a lovely place with lovely people.

The bathrooms are well-maintained and stocked with necessary amenities. The friendly and helpful staff ensure that your needs are met and offer excellent service throughout your stay.

Although the hotel is conveniently located close to the vibrant nightlife of the city, it can get a bit noisy at times, especially near the lively bars.

The location of these villas is perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it very convenient for us to explore and experience Placencia. The rooms were spacious and clean with well-equipped kitchenettes, providing us with all the necessary amenities. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. Additionally, the central courtyard added a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to the property.

One minor inconvenience was the ongoing construction work, which started a bit early and disturbed our peace at times.

Large, clean living space with a kitchenette. the owner was SUPER friendly and helpful, even drove me to the airport on Christmas day. the location is perfect, right in the middle of "downtown" with plenty of good restaurants and the beach nearby. One of the better places I stayed on my month-long trip!

The "property" should be non-smoking. the neighbors smoked constantly on the front porch and it even came in our room around the door.

Great location for exploring, close to restaurants and shops. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, but the staff were quick to help and got it sorted in no time. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for our stay. we had a wonderful time at this accommodation and would recommend it to anyone visiting Placencia.

We had a great stay at these lovely casitas near the beach. The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and had a full kitchen, bathroom, and a screened-in porch. We appreciated that the owners were animal-friendly. The central courtyard with a picnic table was well-maintained and provided a nice place to relax. The office manager was incredibly kind and helpful, and had extensive knowledge about the area. We enjoyed being just a short 5-minute walk from the public beach, which was sheltered from the wind. The area had a nice pier and trees for shade. The nearby sidewalk and main street offered a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. it was a wonderful place to stay, with friendly people and a convenient location.

Office manager Odalis was informative and pleasant. Clean, nice, and affordable Villas close to beach, tour operators, and shopping. TV and WiFi worked well.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, close to both the beach and restaurants. The rooms with double beds on the second floor were comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette - perfect for families or groups. Plus, the prices were more than reasonable for the value we received.

Our stay at Placencia Villas was fantastic! We were only there for one night, but the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Cindy, our housekeeper, was incredible and shared wonderful information about the area. Jazz, our driver, was always punctual and friendly. Britany did an amazing job with the meals and the entire staff were so loving and kind to our kids. The suite was huge with a full kitchen and a beautiful screened porch overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The location was excellent with easy walking to essentials. We felt like part of the community.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, offering us complimentary bikes to explore the city. the location was perfect since we were able to easily walk to the pier and enjoy the nearby restaurants. the kitchenette provided us with the opportunity to cook our meals and the barbecue patio was a nice addition for evening gatherings.

Some of the nearby businesses played loud music late at night, which disturbed our sleep. this was a good place to stay for a city break, with great amenities and a central location.
