We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff treating us like royalty. The food was amazing, and the breakfast provided was a great way to start our day. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access downtown and other attractions. The shuttle service provided by the hotel made our travel to and from the international airport hassle-free.

The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Minnelli. They went out of their way to assist with trip arrangements. Good food available. Walking distance to Cahal Pech and downtown. Festive holiday decorations. Clean and comfortable rooms with amenities like a mini fridge, safe, and coffee. Quiet and relaxing stay.

The restaurant had a varied menu, friendly and fast staff, and accommodated menu substitutions. The holiday decorations were festive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a large tiled shower. Good food and excellent frozen margaritas.

The lack of hot water and the strong sulfur smell in the bathroom is a drawback that needs to be addressed.
