We had an amazing stay at Sapphire Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was absolutely perfect. The beautiful ocean views from our villa were breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The resort's location provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved exploring the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef through the snorkeling and diving trips organized by the resort. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the portions were generous. The landscaping of the resort was beautifully done, adding to the overall charm of the place. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with a pristine white beach and miles of palm trees right at our doorstep. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly and efficient room service to the attentive housekeeping and laundry services. We even had the convenience of an airport shuttle and a paid shuttle service for our day trips. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the staff was always available to assist us with tours and tickets. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchenette. We especially loved the spacious patio where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The flat-screen TV and dining table added a comfortable touch to our stay. The dining options were superb, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and a bar/lounge area. The staff, from the groundskeepers to the management, were all very friendly and pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The food was really good and the location was perfect. the natural beauty and the view impressed me. I also really appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks they provided.

Staff were not attentive and didn't seem to care about the guests. Communication with staff was difficult, as they seemed uninterested in helping and didn't listen to our needs.
