The kitchen and cutlery were a great addition, especially for vegetarians and vegans like us. The owner manager, Anna, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, inviting us to use everything in her beautiful kitchen, including groceries. The location was perfect, right across from the ferry and close to everything. It truly felt like home and our stay was pleasant. The internet service was also excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the grounds were well-maintained. The owner and manager were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the kitchen and providing us with everything we needed. The hotel also had excellent internet connectivity. Finally, I loved the Victorian style porch, which provided a beautiful view overlooking the area, especially the infamous Barefoot Bar just across from the hotel.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Placencia called Serenade. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even allowed us to use their phone and fax to secure a car rental. the room, although small, was adequate and the bedding was great. the location was perfect, close to both ferry/boat terminals and the beach. the kitchen facilities were a bonus, and we appreciated having a fridge in our room. it was an easy and enjoyable place to stay.

We loved the convenient location, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. the local artists in the area were impressive, and we wished we could have purchased more of their excellent work. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop and just across from the popular Barefoot Bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a good TV. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers affordable prices and has basic amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning.

Some rooms lack windows or exhaust fans in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic time at Serenade! The rooms were comfortable with the best beds we found in Belize. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach bars and restaurants. But the highlight of our stay was the family meal cooked by the owners. It was made with the freshest ingredients and tasted like a restaurant-quality meal. We even got to join them for a fun night of karaoke at the bar. The friendly atmosphere at Serenade made our stay unforgettable. highly recommend!

Secondly, the location was perfect, right on the beach and in the heart of the town. It was so convenient being able to step out onto the sidewalk and have everything at my fingertips. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredible. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. It was a hassle-free stay with no complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I even had a hammock on the balcony to relax in. Miss Ana and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a convenient kitchen that guests can use. Plus, the location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach and surrounded by several restaurants, bars, and shops. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
