The location was amazing! Right by the police station and ferry wharf, with bars and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and the room had a great balcony view. Breakfast was tasty too.

No hot water, sporadic ice, and early restaurant closure were bothersome. Limited facilities, like no pool or gym, and not enough filtered water.

Pros Arriving at Caye, I enjoyed the breathtaking 360 view on the fifth floor. Despite the stairs, the room's comfort and cleanliness were impressive. the daily housekeeping and mini fridge were convenient touches. the balcony overlooking the sea added to the charm. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its cozy ambiance.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel by the sea. Room had a comfy bed and a balcony with mesmerizing ocean views. Perfect spot, right in front of the ferry pier. Loved the clean room, powerful aircon, and inviting balcony for people-watching. the breakfast was scrumptious at the adjacent cafe, plus easy access to bars and restaurants nearby.

Encountered some setbacks. No elevator, hot water issues for showers, and ice machines were unreliable.
