Mayan/Caribbean decor suits the setting. Family of 8 enjoyed 2 side-by-side condos. Clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool, close to bakery and grocery store. Attentive staff, made us a card for our honeymoon. Helpful with any questions. Great place to stay on Caye Ambergris. Accurate description, beach not for swimming. Banyan Bay Suites was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff treated us like royalty. The location was perfect, close to great breakfast places and supermarkets.

The location was great, close to our favorite eating places and a grocery store. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the beautiful pier and with easy access to the beach. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always helpful and friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and dining table in the room. The hotel restaurant and bar provided delicious meals and drinks, and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. The swimming pool and exercise gym were also great facilities to enjoy during my stay.

The staff is friendly and always ready to assist guests. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and dine at the outstanding Pier 366 Seafood House. The on-site Dive Shop offers great snorkeling trips with knowledgeable guides. The grounds are well-maintained, and there is a helpful security guard always available.
