We found the Royal Palms to be a wonderful hidden gem. The beautiful grounds and inviting seating areas created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and promptly checked us into our spacious room. The poolside experience was delightful and the attentive staff catered to our every need. We thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast in the open-air morning room and looked forward to the daily cocktail hour where we had the opportunity to mingle with other guests. The highlight of our stay was dining at the onsite restaurant, which served exceptional food. We left with the certainty that we will definitely return for another visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all of Bermuda. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed for our day trips. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel provided us with brochures and maps to help plan our activities, which was very convenient. We received excellent service from Arnold at the bar and Johnny from the breakfast team.

A highlight was the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food and had an amazing wine list. the location was also perfect, with downtown, buses, and ferries all within walking distance. a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff and charming surroundings.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, the bus and ferry terminals, downtown waterfront, and shopping. The staff made me feel right at home and were incredibly helpful with planning my itinerary. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had the perfect one week stay at a smaller, more personal hotel. Our room was spacious and pristine, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Hamilton. Ascots restaurant in the hotel offered the best dining experience in Bermuda. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time in the beautiful garden. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel if we visit Bermuda again.

We had the most amazing stay at this place. The location in a peaceful residential area just outside the city center was perfect for us. We loved strolling around the lovely garden and taking a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool. The staff could not have been more helpful with any need or request we had. From dry cleaning to airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from a flat-screen TV to a soundproofed room. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the cozy atmosphere at the bar/lounge area. our experience here was top-notch.

The excessive use of single-use plastic at breakfast was disappointing. the individual honey, cream cheese, and coffee mate pots, as well as the daily plastic water bottles, contribute to the plastic waste problem.
