We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were amazed by the access we had to two exclusive private small beaches, which were beautiful and well-maintained. The location right next to the beaches was perfect for us, as we enjoyed spending our time on the sand and in the crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My recent stay at a resort in Somerset Island was incredible. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that left me in awe. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The resort also had great wifi throughout the property, allowing me to stay connected. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and satisfying, giving me the perfect start to my day. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Willowbrook for a few days and I absolutely loved it! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking and the property had not one, but two private beaches that were just steps away. The room itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the quiet and private atmosphere, perfect for some much-needed relaxation. The staff at Willowbrook were all friendly, kind, and very helpful. I can't wait to come back and stay here again, this time for a longer period!

My stay at Willowbank Resort was absolutely amazing. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from my room, where I could see the beautiful ocean and observe the graceful longtail birds. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, taking in the view while enjoying a delicious meal. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops for Hamilton and Dockyard, allowing me to explore the best locations at the west end of Bermuda. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the occasional noise from the drinks cooler outside my room during the night, overall I had a wonderful and relaxing experience at Willowbank Resort. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the fact that we could easily rent a car on-site to explore the island. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was great that the Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

The lack of on-site dining options and the absence of shuttle service to the airport were inconvenient. some of the staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.

I loved the private beach and the stunning views of the ocean. It was so peaceful and relaxing to be able to unwind on the beach and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always there to help and make sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. the customer service truly made a difference and added to the overall positive experience.

There were a couple of downsides to my Christmas stay. there were limited dining options available.

The location of the resort is fantastic, with two small beaches right next to it, perfect for a relaxing day by the water. It is also conveniently close to a local supermarket, making it easy to stock up on any essentials. The resort offers a great variety of dining options, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Additionally, the views from the rooms are breathtaking, with the ocean just a stone's throw away.

The TV services at the resort were poor and not user-friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

We felt pampered and truly taken care of. We can't wait to return for a longer stay next time!
