Great location on a lively street with lots of restaurants and shops. the hotel is in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We also loved the spacious junior suites, with their stunning views of the city and mountains. It was a perfect setting for a romantic escape.

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. First, the staff at check-in was unhelpful and refused to honor our confirmed reservation price.

During our stay at the Diplomat, we were impressed by the comfortable and spacious rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful view. Additionally, the rooftop was a great spot to unwind and take in the sights. we had a great experience at the Diplomat and would recommend it to others.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor issues. The WiFi connection was unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some modernization. the lack of air conditioning in some rooms can be inconvenient.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the large and clean rooms at this hotel. the towels and linens were in great condition, and the bathroom amenities were plentiful. We also appreciated the fact that the room had a refrigerator, which was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. the friendly and helpful front desk staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing fast internet access in the lobby and offering a decent breakfast. Additionally, the complimentary drink on the first day was a nice touch.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. the air conditioning didn't cool the room enough for one of us, and the hot water pressure in the shower needed constant adjusting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the 11th floor terrace was absolutely spectacular. The room was equipped with a nice HDTV with lots of channels to choose from. The hotel is located in a very nice area with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I enjoyed taking walks around this city's El Prado location. The dining room and breakfast area were almost luxurious.

Great choice for business or pleasure in the city. Perfect location near shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the rooms were comfortable with nice beds and cable TV. Free internet in the business center was a convenient feature. the nearby restaurant called Brazilian Coffee was an excellent option for meals or just grabbing a coffee.

The water in the shower was lukewarm, and there were no hot showers available. the hotel's interior decor seemed outdated, giving it a slightly old-fashioned feel.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was convenient to walk around and explore the area. the hotel also offered a nice view of the city and the surrounding mountains, which was a bonus. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always attentive to our needs. The location of this place is perfect, situated on the tree-lined Prado, just a block away from the Plaza Colon. It is also in the main party street, so there are plenty of restaurants and fast food options nearby. Despite being in a party area of the city, the rooms are surprisingly quiet and clean. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring enhanced comfort during our stay. The buffet breakfast provided was delicious and there is even a restaurant and bar/lounge area on site. We also appreciated the added convenience of the airport shuttle service and the tour/ticket assistance.
