The hotel is located just off the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the town. Guests can easily walk to the old town, cable car, tram and bus stops within a few minutes. The staff are helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the interior is neat. The hotel also offers safe and free parking in their garage.

The card machine was not working during our stay, so we had to pay in cash. It would have been better if the staff had informed us about this beforehand.

There was no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs if you have heavy bags or difficulties with stairs. , the hairdryer was very weak which made drying hair a challenge.
