We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to everything we wanted, including shopping centers and the old town. Getting to the hotel by taxi or car from the airport or bus station was easy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the secure parking facilities.

We really loved staying at this 4-star hotel in Sarajevo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. The hotel had a gated parking area, which gave us peace of mind about our belongings in the car. The staff were attentive and even allowed our dog to stay with us. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. Plus, there was a lovely garden area where we could relax and unwind.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of Sarajevo. You can easily reach it by taxi or car from the airport or bus station. It is close to everything you want, surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and shopping centers. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and a decent size. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory and the staff is generally friendly.

The thin curtains in the rooms make it very bright in the morning.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to the center and Bascarsija. It was convenient for exploring the city and visiting the main attractions. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. They were well, maintained and tidy. Additionally, there was a pleasant ice, cream shop next door, which was a nice treat during our stay.

There were several negative aspects of our experience at this hotel. there was a strong smell of moisture in the corridors, which was quite off, putting.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to key attractions and transportation. We particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast that was served daily. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided each day. the secure parking provided peace of mind when traveling with a vehicle.

The air conditioning was not consistent and often turned off randomly, making it uncomfortable during hot days. the lack of screens on the windows prevented us from opening them to cool down the room as the noise from the street was too disruptive.
