The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear noises from outside and other guests, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The team was helpful, taking me to appointments and translating at the doctor's office. They also went to the pharmacy for prescriptions. Will return for sightseeing.

My dad and I had a fantastic stay at Heartland City B&B. The staff warmly welcomed us and allowed us to check in the next day, which was a relief after a long flight. They even checked on us when we couldn't make it back one night. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent wifi. The owner even offered to drive us to the airport without accepting payment. The staff's thoughtfulness and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our New Year's stay at this hotel, we found two complimentary bottles of water and a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely touch. the hotel's location is superb, surrounded by several bars, restaurants, and pedestrian walking areas. We had no trouble exploring the city on foot.

The hotel's parking situation was inconvenient, as parking was only available in a narrow passage at the side of the hotel, and we had to leave the car keys at reception for staff to move our car. It was uncomfortable as we could not access our car whenever we want and had to leave the keys behind, even though the staff was very efficient in handling the service.
