The hotel is conveniently located near the old bazaar, making it easy to explore the historical sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC and nice design. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh vegetables, spreads, and coffee.

The hotel lacks parking facilities, which can be inconvenient for guests with vehicles.

The hotel offered a free airport shuttle which was very helpful. the breakfast was tasty and included local specialties, as well as the basics. the location was conveniently located near a tram line and pedestrian-only sidewalks. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The walk to the hotel was a bit unpleasant due to the uphill climb and parked cars on the sidewalk. the room was a bit worn and the design was awkward.

The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the old Turkish part of the city. The staff were lovely, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern. The security measures made us feel safe. The TV had a wide range of channels, including English ones. a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Old Town and right in the center of the city. The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and a real sense of Bosnian hospitality. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers great facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a bar/lounge area. I couldn't have asked for more!

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly staff & good location

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique 36. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the Old City. My room was cozy and charming, with a small library for me to enjoy. The only downside was that the breakfast lacked variety, but that was a minor issue. I highly recommend Hotel Boutique 36 for its friendly staff and great location.
