I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and incredibly close to the old bridge. It was situated in a quiet area but still conveniently close to stores. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me all the information I needed about the city and even recommended a delicious place to eat. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and provided exceptional service. The room was modern, large, and very clean. The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store. The free parking was a bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for older people who may need easy access to their rooms.

The hotel offered secure parking right at the front door, which was perfect since I had a rental car. the location was excellent, just a short and safe walk to the main historical center and the famous bridge. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, making it easy to communicate and get recommendations for exploring the city.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult since there were not enough signs around the town. Furthermore, the lack of amenities in the bathroom, such as a towel rail and hangers for clothes, was inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean and had efficient air conditioning in the rooms. It was located about a kilometer from the city center, which was convenient for exploring the city. there was a car park available for guests to use.

There was no lift in the hotel, which meant carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked additional amenities, like toiletries beyond liquid soap.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and beautifully decorated rooms to the lovely bathroom with a balcony overlooking the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center. I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city as it was just a short 5-minute walk from the city center and the famous bridge. It was great to be able to easily access all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and always made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail was excellent. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with nice bathrooms and balconies that offered a lovely view. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Hana! The hospitality was top-notch, just like the reviews mentioned. When we arrived, the receptionist went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They personally adjusted the air conditioning in our room to ensure our comfort. They even offered to help us carry our bags up the stairs since there was no lift. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The family room we stayed in was perfect for us and had plenty of space for our kids. The parking area at the back of the hotel was also convenient. Additionally, the location was great, only a short walk from the old town. We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Hana and highly recommend it to others. a fantastic experience.

We stumbled upon Mostar during our trip in Bosnia and decided to stay at Hotel Hana. What a brilliant idea! The manager, Salena, and her staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was perfect - clean, beautiful rooms at an amazing price. The WiFi connection was top-notch, the location was convenient, and the breakfast had plenty of variety.
