I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff at the check-in desk were exceptional - super professional and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The gentleman working at the front counter was as good, if not better, than any staff at a 5-star resort. The staff was beyond friendly, making us feel right at home during our getaway. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily venture out to explore the surrounding nature and city center. We also loved the balcony view from our cozy and comfortable room, which helped us relax and experience a true villa vibe.

While the food wasn't terrible, the lack of cleanliness was noticeable, especially on the salt and pepper shakers. , the smoke inside the restaurant was overwhelming when it was busy.
