Staff helpful, room large, restaurant tasty. 4th stay, looking forward to next. Airport transport not available, had to wait for taxi with 2-year-old at midnight. Receptionist solved complaint on first night. Parking available, functional rooms, rich breakfast.

This hotel in Sarajevo was excellent value for money. The room prices were affordable and the hotel provided basic amenities, including rooms with a balcony. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the stylish and clean rooms. The staff, particularly Anja at reception, were fantastic and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a market and a station nearby, and it was close to the airport.

No negatives to report, everything was okay during my stay.

Located near the airport, the hotel is a bit far from the city center and lacks access to public transportation. However, it is easy to find from the airport and offers free parking. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent, although some items were not well-stocked, like bread and drink options. The hotel offers a café with good coffee. The rooms had air conditioning, but it was a bit loud. the hotel provided a comfortable stay near the airport with friendly service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at M3 Hotel. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast options were satisfying. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and city center. The parking facilities were ample, and the 24/7 reception was a plus. Despite some minor issues like Wi-Fi and cleanliness, my overall stay was enjoyable. I look forward to returning to this great hotel.

The hotel had a good and convenient location with free parking space available. the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were willing to prepare breakfast for us even when we were late. the bathroom was adequately stocked and clean.

The room was a big disappointment. We booked a triple room, but the additional bed was nothing more than a broken foldable armchair.
