The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The free parking provided was a bonus. The communication from the hosts was excellent, ensuring that everything was in order. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Sarajevo.

The check-in process could be improved as it required multiple steps, including reading and signing terms and conditions, sending identification copies, and getting the password for the gate entrance. Additionally, the parking spot had a height limit, which was a problem for those with vans.
