celebrating my birthday in mostar, i had high hopes for my stay at this hotel. emen truly exceeded my expectations! from the warm welcome to the excellent accommodation, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. the location near stari most was perfect, and the breakfast selection, including freshly made coffee, was a delightful start to each day.

Centrally located in the heart of a historic town, the rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with private balconies. Late check-in is accommodated, and the friendly staff offers a traditional Bosnian breakfast. Highly recommended for a longer stay.

With its prime location right at the entrance to Old Town and on the main road to the famous bridge, you couldn't ask for a better spot to explore Mostar. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served in their cozy restaurant, which is a great way to start your day of exploring.

Although the hotel offers a wonderful stay overall, there is one small area for improvement. The bathrooms could benefit from a higher hanging showerhead to make showering more comfortable and prevent water from splashing onto the floor.

They guided us to a nearby parking place and even drove us there in our car. They then took care of our bags and made sure we were settled in our room. We were grateful for their quick and efficient assistance. The service we experienced at Hotel Emen was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Mostar.

We stayed here during Easter and the chocolates they left on the bed were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, just a stone's throw away from the famous bridge and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff were also friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't as clean as we had hoped. the sheets had a few stains on them and there were some hairs in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing, assisting us with free parking and carrying our luggage to the room. They went above and beyond to help us find a soccer game to watch, although it wasn't being shown. it was a great choice for our short stay and we would definitely stay here again.
