I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Sarajevo and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the famous Wilson's walking alley. The staff at this place were exceptional, providing us with excellent service and going above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests we had. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

I had the most amazing stay at Novotel! The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, and I absolutely loved the cozy and oriental-style corner in the hotel's cafe. The spa, although not directly connected to the elevator, was worth the walk from the lobby with its cozy atmosphere. And let me tell you, Meliha, the masseuse, was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary upgrade to a luxurious room with a mountain view was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa facilities were top-notch. We had a peaceful and relaxing experience in the spa, which we had to ourselves both times we visited.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the city center and the river. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that had a nice tub. The staff provided professional and polite service, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the restaurant served delicious local cuisine. We also appreciated the convenient free ride into the city center.

The garage space at the hotel had a narrow and steep entry, which made it difficult to navigate and could potentially damage your car if not careful.

During our romantic escape, we had a great stay at a hotel located conveniently close to the airport and the city center. the shuttle service was a great plus, and the breakfast was delicious and offered everything we needed. the helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcome and took care of everything we needed.

The room temperature was a bit uncomfortable at times, and the quilts were too thick for the warm weather. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay despite these minor inconveniences.
