The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the old town, new city, and river. The room we stayed in had a great view of the hills and was kept clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even packing a breakfast box for us on our early departure. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, with a lovely lady making made-to-order omelettes. The hotel also offered parking, adding to the convenience of our stay.

There was no air conditioning during our stay, despite it being advertised.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and along the beautiful river Miljacka. The room was clean and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great experience at Hotel Opal Home and would recommend it to others.

We spent Christmas at this tiny boutique hotel and it was the best decision ever! First of all, we were given complimentary mulled wine and cookies upon arrival, which was such a warm welcome. the location couldn't be more perfect, just a few steps away from the charming Old Town and all its festive decorations. We also loved the heated bathroom floor, such a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast with its stunning city views was something we looked forward to every morning.

While the staff was friendly in general, we had a bit of trouble with the communication. Our requests for extra towels were not always met, and the noise from outside could be heard in our room.
