We had an incredibly helpful staff member who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were polite, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend Residence Inn for a pleasant and satisfying stay.

Exceptional Service and Amazingly Intelligent Staff

During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Great complementary amenities provided, including stove burner, microwave, and fridge. the location was key with a short walk to the center of town, providing accessibility to many activities. the staff was one of the best features, they were very friendly and always helpful throughout our trip.

There were a few issues such as the unsecured guest wifi access, which could potentially be problematic for some guests. parking reservations were not available, which led to difficulties finding a spot.

The hotel is conveniently located across the river from the popular old town area, making it easy to walk to the main attractions on the other side. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is served in a compact but serviceable eating area and offers a variety of options to start the day. You can also enjoy a nice view from the balcony on the 5th floor.

The staff is top-notch, always cheerful and ready to help with anything you need. I especially appreciated the wake-up service, which made it easy to get up early and start exploring the city. The room was spacious, with plenty of amenities like an in-room safe and a mini-bar. And the best part? The soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.
