My recent stay at a hotel in Sarajevo was simply amazing. the Swissotel exceeded all my expectations, with its luxurious infrastructure and five-star amenities. the hotel is enormous and offers breathtaking views of the city, almost like a panoramic view. the room was spacious and adorned with beautiful decor, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist with any request. the location was also convenient and the surrounding area was pleasant. With its excellent bedding settings and top-notch service, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Luxurious and clean hotel with great location and helpful/friendly staff. Wonderful spa and pool facilities, including a ladies only spa. Connected to SCC with many food and shopping options. Safe to walk around. a wonderful stay.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel great location for shopping, with easy access to the biggest mall in town and three other malls nearby. I also loved exploring the Arab market just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my requests, and the breakfast buffet was scrumptious with a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the nice pool, gym, sauna, and steam bath facilities.

The room service could use some improvement in terms of promptness and professionalism from staff.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation, the indoor swimming pool and sauna exceeded expectations and the body scrub and massage were exceptional. the Spa lounge was cosy and comfortable while the location advantages made the visit unforgettable. the room advantages were plentiful, with a beautiful room and a private outdoor seating area that added to the luxurious feel.

The only minor issue that detracted from the experience was the limited leisure/TV room. While the hotel had so much to offer that this was only a minor inconvenience, it would have made the stay even more pleasurable if there were more options in that regard.

Had a lovely weekend! Loved the complementary in-room coffee and bottled water, and the breakfast was a delight. the location is perfect, just steps away from shopping and dining spots. Plus, the fitness center was a great touch!
