We had such a great time at the lodge! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The view of the garden was stunning, and we even spotted an owl while enjoying a braai in the secluded braai area. We loved how peaceful and tranquil the surroundings were, perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, the lodge's location was conveniently close to amenities and attractions in the area.

That the toilet seats in the campsite chalet were hard wood panels, which made for an uncomfortable experience, especially in the cold weather. It would have been great if there were liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom instead of having to use plastic cutlery.

We had an amazing stay at Woodlands! The room was comfortable and had a lovely African charm. The staff treated us well, and the location was perfect with a beautiful view of the river and the serenade of birds.

The breakfast selection could have been better.
