We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The team was amazing and provided us with an early check-in for no extra charge. The rooms were spacious and convenient, offering more space than other hotels in the same area. The bed was large and comfortable, a nice change from the smaller beds we had experienced elsewhere in Rio. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including typical Brazilian dishes. The hotel's location was safe and within walking distance to Copacabana beach. The rooftop pool was a great feature that we enjoyed using. it was a fantastic stay for families with children.

We felt incredibly fortunate to have found this hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it is just a short walk from the beautiful Copacabana beach. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace that offered lovely views. The amenities provided in the room, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe, made our stay even more convenient. The free wi-fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near Copacabana Beach. The hotel is just 3 blocks away, not too close to the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located in the heart of Rio. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious cakes and other tasty options. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool with a nice view of the city.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that I noticed. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable at times.

the area felt safe with many hotels on the street. the room was surprisingly spacious and had a comfortable bed, pillows, and a window that could be opened. the hot shower and clean towels were a nice touch, and there was also a fridge and air conditioning. I enjoyed the daily breakfast which offered a variety of options like coffee, bread, cheese, eggs, pancakes, and fruit. the hotel also had a rooftop pool, although I didn't have a chance to use it. There were plenty of supermarkets, shops, and local restaurants nearby, and the metro station was only a 10-minute walk away. I felt very safe and enjoyed the convenient location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel.

I was impressed with the fast and hassle-free check-in process at Americas Benidorm. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the separate area with a table, chairs, and refrigerator, which came in handy. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the beach and close to various shows and bars. Despite being an older hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance were good. The breakfast provided was adequate and the hotel had convenient on-site parking. The security measures, such as the locked street door at night and the presence of security staff, added to my peace of mind. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

What a great place to spend New Year's Eve! the hotel offered a fantastic complimentary breakfast which included a variety of delicious foods. Its location was perfect - close to the beach and surrounded by great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio with amazing views of the city - what a way to ring in the new year!

The decor in the room was quite outdated and could use some updating. the furniture seemed old and worn, and the bathroom could use some modern upgrades.

The receptionists at Americas Benidorm were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome upon arrival. the staff, including a friendly black lady with a sincere smile, Victor, and Thiago, were all wonderful. They went out of their way to assist me during my stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities like a TV and a wonderful shower. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from Copacabana beach and close to the metro station. I had a perfect stay in Rio.
