The Arosa Rio Hotel offered spacious and comfortable bedrooms with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel had great services, including a helpful and polite staff who went above and beyond to assist guests. The rooftop was also a great feature, providing a pleasant environment to relax. Special mention to Thiago, one of the reception guys, who organized everything perfectly and made the stay even more enjoyable.
