Excellent location, right by the beach. The hotel has a nice ambiance with the soothing aroma of bamboo in the air. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service of Marcelo at the reception, who went out of his way to accommodate our early check-in. The beds were super comfortable and the environment was kept clean. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The pleasant scent of the cosmetic items provided added a nice touch to our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. It is also conveniently located close to various attractions and amenities, allowing guests to easily explore the area on foot. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, and the showers are spacious. The staff at the reception are welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were no wardrobes or drawers in the rooms to store clothes, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, as it is right on the beachfront. We loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the beach and ocean from our room, which had large windows that stretched across the entire front side. The hotel provides enhanced comfort with its well-appointed rooms, where everything was kept spotlessly clean by the attentive housekeeping staff. We were also impressed by the quality of service here. The staff, particularly Lucas at the front desk, were always cheerful and went above and beyond to assist us. Lucas gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and markets, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight for us was the terraced area in front of the hotel, where we could relax with a cold beer while watching the beautiful sunset.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was amazing, taking care of our bags and providing us with a warm welcome. The honeymoon package was a nice touch, including roses, chocolates, and a bottle of champagne. The location was excellent with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and a mall. It was also convenient to explore the nearby attractions within a short distance.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the beach right in front of the hotel wasn't ideal for swimming, but we still enjoyed the barracas restaurants.

The view from the balcony was splendid and the room smelled nice. We appreciated the early check-in. the towels were supple. We liked the tea in the room.

The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. We saw some small roaches crawling around the sink.
