We were delighted with our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The spacious room was perfect for our family, with enough space for us and our child. The hotel's central location was a major plus, as it allowed us to easily explore the nearby cathedral and Parque do Ingá. The staff was extremely helpful and provided fast service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The delicious breakfast served in the dining restaurant was a great start to our day.

Although we were not provided with a cooker in the kitchen of our upgraded suite, this did not detract from our overall experience. With amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV, we were able to relax and enjoy our time here.

We had an amazing New Year's Eve experience at this hotel! the spacious rooms were perfect for our group, and the location was great - right in the heart of the city! We loved being able to walk to all the local restaurants and shops. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Plus, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The noise level. Due to the central location, there was a lot of street noise and we could hear other guests in the hallway.
