The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for restaurants and giving us all the information we needed. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a well-stocked minibar and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was useful for preparing simple meals. the location was convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. there was a good wifi signal throughout the building.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There was dust on most surfaces, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Walking distance to attractions, excellent spa accommodations, and stunning city views were the best aspects. The hotel was clean and had exceptional front desk staff. The location was very close to all downtown amenities, including the Windsor Arms. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. Can't fault anything about it. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
