The pool deck/lounge offers stunning beach views and the library behind the lobby is beautifully furnished. The rooms are spacious with amazing bathrooms, and the Japanese toilets are a delightful touch. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience. The nightly surprise dessert in the room was a lovely touch.

The rooftop pool area is absolutely mind-blowing, with breathtaking views and a fantastic ambiance. The ocean suite bedroom is splendid, beautifully decorated, and offers jaw-dropping views. The staff is super professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to anticipate our needs. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view over the beach and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast in the nice atrium is reasonably priced, and the reception staff is amazing. We felt safe and attended to, with the beach team taking excellent care of us. The entire team at the hotel is simply incredible. The ocean view room has one of the best views, and the hotel itself is very clean and modern. The gym, sun deck, and pool are great amenities, and the Emilia restaurant offers both great service and food. There are also many other restaurants nearby. we had a super enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Rio and were very pleased with our experience. the staff were incredibly responsive and welcoming during the check-in process. We were delighted to receive two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was also a major advantage as it was within walking distance to most of the city's major attractions. we enjoyed spending time at the hotel's impressive rooftop bar and pool area, which had stunning views of the city.

we felt that some of the hotel's services were overpriced, such as the cost of parking and the charge for a local phone call. Despite these small issues, we had a lovely stay overall and appreciated the hotel's efforts to make us feel welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emiliano and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. the pool deck and lounge area offered breathtaking views of the beach and surrounding scenery. Not only that, but the hotel's library, located behind the lobby, was beautifully designed and furnished. the rooms were spacious with large closets and luxurious bathrooms. One of the highlights for me was the Japanese toilets, adding a unique touch to the experience. every evening I returned to my room to find a surprise dessert waiting for me. the staff at Emiliano was truly amazing - polite, well-trained, and provided exceptional customer service. Having traveled around the world and stayed in many 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that the level of service at Emiliano was unparalleled.

This hotel gave us an exquisite and luxurious stay. We were thrilled with the exclusive amenities and were able to prioritize our relaxation with the full access to the Spa & wellness center, the sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with beach access. the massage we received was heavenly and the sun terrace with sun loungers were perfect to soak up some much-needed sun. the restaurant had a great variety of special diet menus that we did not expect but were quite happy with.

We found that the bar/lounge area lacked the attentiveness we had experienced in other parts of the hotel.
