Our stay at Faial Prime Suites was fantastic! The location was super-convenient, right in the City Centre and close to shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. We also found the breakfast to be lovely, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was really soft. the staff in the restaurant were polite and food options were good. the location was great, it was close to many popular tourist spots and had great transportation options nearby.

There were a lot of noises that didn't allow us to get a good night's sleep. There were loud construction noises waking us up early in the morning and noises from other rooms throughout the night.
