They provide excellent hospitality, with helpful and kind staff. They accommodated a member of our group in our room, which was a thoughtful gesture. They assisted us with our luggage and allowed us to stay in the premises after check-out until our bus departure. The bed was comfortable.

The hostel was located near a supermarket, cafes, and bus terminals which made it convenient for getting around. The free breakfast was a great start to the day, and the self-catering kitchen was a nice touch for cooking meals. The staff was hospitable, asked if we needed anything, and even let one of our friends stay in our room.

The room we stayed in looked like a prison cell and had a faint smell of urine. There was one staff member who seemed uninterested and didn't offer much help in terms of information about the area, while the rest were helpful and friendly.
