We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the location is perfect, right in the heart of the Jardins area. We were able to easily explore some of the best restaurants and shops in the area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They gave us great recommendations and even provided us with maps and directions. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at both the bar and restaurant, where the food was top-notch and the service was attentive and efficient.

Although there were a few small issues, overall our experience at this hotel was fantastic. However, the fridge was refilled daily, so it seemed a bit inconsistent.
