We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great pool area and a good gym. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also ideal, as it allowed us to easily participate in caipirinhas classes, yoga classes, and even capoeira classes at the beach, both in Ipanema and Copacabana. We especially enjoyed the yoga classes led by Alexandre, a very professional and friendly waiter.

I had an extraordinary experience at Grand Hyatt! During my stay, I mentioned to the concierge that I would love to watch the Super Bowl, but couldn't live stream it on my devices. To my surprise, they set up a special section in the bar with a large 60" screen and even had football-shaped menus. The bar stayed open, providing exceptional service. This level of attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service and attention to detail.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms were fantastic, with a balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us. We also enjoyed the complimentary drink and the hotel's beach benches and pool.

We had a great time during our romantic escape on the coast. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing lounge that offered free cocktails in the evenings. the beachfront location, with stunning ocean views, made it easy to step out and enjoy the beach at our convenience. the hotel provided towels and beach chairs for our use.

The food was not quite up to our expectations. It was average at best and certainly not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

We had an exquisite stay at this luxury hotel with exclusive amenities available to satisfy our every need. We were mesmerized by the stunning outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas allowing us to fully relax. the massage service was excellent, and we enjoyed the Spa center with Turkish bath, foot massage, and Spa lounge with its heated swimming pool and sun terrace. Our room had private facilities that were exceptional, and the location advantages were unbeatable.

Although we had a lovely stay, there was just one minor issue, the noise level of the live entertainment was slightly too loud, but it didn't ruin our experience in any way. the service was tremendous, and the poolside snack bar and outdoor dining areas were impressive, but the DJ played very loudly, so we were unable to fully enjoy the leisure/ TV room.

grand hyatt rio exceeded my expectations! the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and the amenities were top-notch. the pool area was perfect for cooling off in the rio heat and the club access was definitely worth the upgrade.

There was also a good gym available for guests to use. We will definitely be coming back!
