The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff members were helpful and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near commercial facilities and in a nice area of the city. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, although I was easily able to request an additional pillow. It would have been better if the bedding could be improved, as it affected my overall comfort.

Located close to Anhangabaú subway station and some small malls, this hotel offers a convenient base to explore the city. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast selection is impressive, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The gym facilities are limited, with only two old treadmills available for use.
